Our client ships a significant portion of its production to international markets. The nature of its packaging — bags, totes — results in pallets of irregular height that do not fit standard racking configurations.

To address this, Boutin 3PL customized its racking layout to accommodate non-standard pallets while maintaining optimal storage density across 12,000 dedicated pallet spaces.

In parallel, our team coordinates container loading schedules according to each international buyer’s requirements — accounting for required loading methods (palletized, floor-loaded, with or without support) and the business constraints of all parties involved.
