With an accounting background, our President is a seasoned expert in logistics, distribution and transportation having gained extensive experience working within the family business Groupe Boutin. His mastery of strategic and operational challenges allows him to lead the company with a clear vision and a focus on excellence and innovation.

Our Director of Operational Excellence is tasked with placing the customer experience at the heart of our priorities while ensuring rigorous, efficient, and people-focused management of our operations. He plays a key role in the continuous improvement of our processes, the optimization of team performance, and the quality of our infrastructure and services.

Our Multi-Site Operations Manager oversees warehouse activities across our sites, ensuring efficient day-to-day management and continuous process optimization for our clients’ satisfaction.

Supervisor – customer experience and quality
Our Customer Experience and Quality Supervisor ensures smooth customer service and consistent communication across our departments. She also maintains our SQF certification through ongoing procedure updates and regular audits, working closely with our teams.
